StatusIntel collects only the data needed to provide uptime monitoring, secure accounts, troubleshoot abuse, and operate the service.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as username, email address, password hash, referral code, organization membership, and two-factor authentication status. We also store monitor configuration such as target URLs, hostnames, ports, intervals, and recent check results.

Operational data

Monitoring requires network requests to configured targets. StatusIntel records response status, timing, and availability history so users can review uptime and diagnose incidents. Web server logs may include IP address, browser metadata, timestamps, requested paths, and status codes for security and operations.

How data is used

Data is used to provide monitoring, display dashboards, secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve documentation and product reliability. We do not sell monitor target lists or account data.

Cookies and sessions

StatusIntel uses cookies for authentication sessions and account security. Session cookies should be protected with HTTPS, HTTP-only behavior, and same-site restrictions where supported.

Third-party services

Public pages may load Google AdSense scripts for advertising and verification. Those services may process browser data under their own policies. Users who do not want advertising scripts should use browser-level controls or privacy tools.
